The first is to put at the disposal of the reader a number of decisions, renderes in the years 1919-1942, which were omitted, or inadequately reported, on account of inaccessibility, oversight, or for other reasons. Thus this volume includes a substantial number of decisions given in the years 1940-1942 in the countries occupied by the German armed forces. It was a source of satisfaction to be able to resume contact with and to secure the continued collaboration of some of the pre-war contributors from these countries. The second object of this volume is to supply a Consolited Index and Consolidated Tables of Cases (reported and cited) of the first ten volumes.
