Abstrak This volume is devoted chiefly to decisions from international tribunals. These include the decisions of the International Court of Justice in the jurisdiction phase of the Lockerbie case, together with materials relating to subsequent developments regarding a criminal trial, the decisions of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea on the requests for provisional measures in the M/V Saiga and Southern Bluefin Tuna cases, the recommendations of a panel of commissioners to the United Nations Compensation Commission in the Egyptian Workers case and six decisions of the Court of Justice of the European Communities concerning the relationship between international law and European Community law. Other decisions include the important arbitration award in the proceedings between Sandline International and the Goverment of Papua New Guinea, together with a subsequent decisions in the Australian courts.
