Subjek Constitutional History - England
Abstrak This book attempts to put forward a historical constitutional understanding of basic doctrines and institutions of English constitutional law, not preoccupied with their supposedly systemic character. One feature of its historiccal constitutional approach is recognition of the constitutional significance of both internal and external points of view. The Constitutional changes of recent decades have been frequent, farreaching and ongoing. It provides for the domestic application of Community law, and the courts have accepted the implications of its primacy for statutes of the Westminster Parliament.
