Abstrak The book present the best practies toward preventation and intervention strategy to prevent initial lapses. Coverage includes relapse preventation techniques as applied to a wide varieety of behaviours, including eating behavior, smoking, drinking, psychotic symptoms, post-traumatic streess disorder, anxiety, and depression. Replase refers to the return to symptomatic behaviors after a priod of symptom remission and is the most widely noted outcome following treatment for psychological and substance abuse disorder. Arrnged in three parts, part I deals with the general issues related to adolescent addiiction, including an introduction to the topic, classification, and assessment strategies. Part II contain seven chapters, each of which addresses spesific adolescent addictions : alcohol use, abuse and dependence, cannabis abuse and dependence, tobacco use, and dependence, eating addiction, gambling, practices, internet and video game addiction, and teen sexual addiction. part III consist of two chapter, one on the assessment and treatment implications of comorbid addictive problems and one that discusses some social and political implications of adolescent addictions.
