Part II considers how research and thinking about various aspects of the policy cycle have changed in the past several years. Part III of the book examines the evolution and impact of three substantive areas of public policy in America - education, welfare, and the environment. Part IV begins by looking more closely at how and why policy analysis is utilized by those in and out of government. |
