Subjek Hukum-Hukum Korupsi
Abstrak For the World Bank and indeed for all development actors operating in Indonesia, be they local development agencies or our international partner, corruption poses triple threat. First, its undermines the development objectives we support. In particular, it hurts the poor the most, creating large macroeconomic risk, jeopardizing financial stability, compromising public safety and law and order, and undermining the legitimacy of the state in the eyes of ordinary Indonesians. Second, it poses a severe risk to the effectiveness of our project. and third, it weakens the public's faith in development assistance.
