The scope of judicial interference in matters relating to Confidential Reports has been discussed at great length by incorporating important pronouncements on the subject by the courts. Recent trends in effecting changes in the present system of Report writting have also been incorporated by referring to the recommendations of the Surendranath Committee. Several Appendices have been added to enhance the practical utility of the book. |
