The second edition incorporates recent amandments to the Basic Law and the civil and criminla codes, and a number of a new cases on subjects such as the conclusion of contracts over the internet, the mass culling of animals, the use of cannabis and the right to present the opposite view for politicans accused of being informers to the Stasi.
