=520    $$a The present volume, the first of 1986, continues our policy of seeking to produce four volumes, each containing some 700 pages of text, a year. It contains 61 cases from five international tribunals and the courts of thirteen States. The next two volumes, each of which will contain a similar range of material, are already in press. In order to facilitate the use of the International Law Reports as a major instrument of research a new consolidation of tables and indexes is in preparation and will be published later this year. This volume will contain the consolidated tables of cases and treaties and an index for volumes 36-70. It will thus supersede the slim consolidation volume for volumes 36-45 and the consolidation for volume 1-35 remains available
