These include the award of the Arbitration Tribunal in the arbitration between Guinea-Bissau and Senegal, the International Court of Justice. The volume includes the advisory opinion of the International Court in the Yakimetz case and the decisions of the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal in the claims by Amoco International Finance Corporation and Amoco Iran Oil Company. There are, in addition, several decisions of the World Bank Administrative Tribunal concerning important elements relating to employment in international organizations.
