The Constitutional Tribunal is composed by 12 members appointed by the King; of them, four are proposed by the Congress with a majority of three fifth of its members; four are proposed by the Senate with an identical majority; two are proposed by the Administration, and two proposed by the General Council of the Judicial Power (1). 2. The members of the Constitutional Tribunal must be appointed among Magistrates and District Attorneys, College Professors, public employees and Lawyers, all of them jurists of known competence with more than 15 years of legal practice (2).
