=520    $$a The present volume, like its predecessor in this series, volume 27, contains for the most part cases decided in 1959. there are however, a few exception?principally some earlier judgments, from Austria and Burma, and some later ones, from the Argentine and Colombia. As the present volume appears at almost the some  time as volume 27, most the observation contained in the preface to that volume are equality relevant here.
