Abstrak This volume, published under the direction of the Department of International Studies of the London School of Economics and Political Science, embodies an attempt to present in collected form a selection of the decisions bearing upon points of public international law which have been given by national and international courts and tribunals during the years 1925 and 1926. The work of which this book is the first-fruits was prompted by the suspicion that there is more international law already in existence and daily accumulating" than this world dreams of" and by the conviction that it is more international law that this world wants. As the work has progressed that suspicion has ripened into a certainty.
